Job Title: Telesales Executive - Personal Loans

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in the personal loan industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers. You will assist clients in choosing the best loan products based on their needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and explain personal loan offerings.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in the financial sector).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
