Position Overview:

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in target sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services/products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
