We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our facility management operations. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective facility management strategies and processes.

- Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning.

- Manage a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.

- Monitor and control facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs.

- Provide regular reports on facility performance and suggest measures for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and best practices.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
