Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Chemross Lifesciences' pharmaceutical products.
  • Provide detailed information about our Pharma products, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pharma products.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing sales deals over the phone.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Stay updated with Pharma product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, B.Pharma/D.Pharma or a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Pharmaceutical industry tele sales executive, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
