Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Chemross Lifesciences' pharmaceutical products.
- Provide detailed information about our Pharma products, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pharma products.
- Achieve sales targets by closing sales deals over the phone.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated with Pharma product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Graduate, B.Pharma/D.Pharma or a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical industry tele sales executive, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate product information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
