Creastate Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is hiring Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Patna. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our well-developed plots. As an Advisor, you will work collaboratively within a team and report directly to the Team Leader. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by engaging potential buyers, conducting site visits, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of well-developed plots in Patna.
• Organize and conduct site visits for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
• Report sales activities to your Team Leader.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

• Knowledge of the Patna real estate market is a plus.
