Overview:

This position requires persuasive communication to endorse, upsell, and cross-sell our agricultural farm produce or services. Telesales executives manage a range of telephonic interactions, from lead generation to addressing customer inquiries, with the primary goal of achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales through telephonic conversations.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including feedback, orders, and inquiries.
• Adhere to sales scripts and strategies while adapting them as needed.
• Inform customers about new product launches and gather feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and complaints.

Objectives:
