Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machine programs to produce high-quality parts while ensuring efficiency and safety. You will work closely with engineers and machinists to develop specifications and troubleshoot programming issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and develop first part on CNC machines as per customer requirement.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining processes and sequences.
• Conduct test runs to ensure that programs produce parts that meet quality standards.
• Make adjustments to programs and machine settings as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tooling, and machining processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Feasibility & Cycle time calculations as per engineering drawing
• Planning of production, manpower and tooling as per the delivery deadlines
• Need to handle team of 8-10 operators in total including day and night shift
• Need to get the production output from the operators as per targets.

Qualifications:

• Certification or relevant experience in CNC programming, manufacturing technology.
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Proficiency in 2D programming and part development.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tool selection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
