Hylite Galvanizers – Pimpri Pune
Electroplating and Galvanizing Services
Hylite Galvanizers based in Pimpri provides two
- Hot dip galvanizing (HDG)
- Electroplating (EP)
In this challenging position candidate shall be working with dynamic management team and also developing technical sales skills in structured manner to attain the sales target. He shall be responsible for selling Hylite’s range of specialist electroplating and hot dip galvanizing services to customers throughout Maharashtra.
He shall be reporting to Sales Manager / Director
Key Job Functions:
- To attain the sales targets set for the business both – HDG and EP.
- Planning of field sales calls and ensuring the ratios of current to new customers are in line with sales targets.
- Ensuring selling is based on new or existing customers on services which meet their needs.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Collaborate with other group companies’ colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining the order given.
- Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.
- Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
- Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain services specifications or applications.
- Understand how to prepare quotes, payment terms, or other bid specifications.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote service sales.
- Negotiate prices or terms of service agreements.
- Understand and learn technical aspects of process in galvanizing and electroplating for better sale pitch.
- Emphasize services features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of company’s capabilities and limitations.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems or in meantime on excel sheets.
- Verify customer credit ratings.
- Build strong customer rapport.

- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing field sales - developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Communicating with external contacts - communicating with people outside the company and representing the company to customers effectively.
- Selling or influencing others - convincing others to buy company services or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet quarterly sales targets both on tonnage and price
- Create new customers – 6 – every quarter
- Fund Collection targets are achieved
Qualifications & Experience
BBA, MBA, 4 years work experience
Engineering background would also do but with relevant experience.
