Job Overview:


ES Meals, a premier tiffin service provider in Mumbai, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle non-voice communication channels, including chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, subscription updates, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or team.
  • Provide product and service information to potential customers to drive engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Continuously update knowledge about the company’s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service (non-voice/chat support preferred).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
  • Knowledge of the food services industry or meal delivery platforms is a plus.
