Job Overview:
ES Meals, a premier tiffin service provider in Mumbai, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle non-voice communication channels, including chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, subscription updates, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or team.
- Provide product and service information to potential customers to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Continuously update knowledge about the company’s offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service (non-voice/chat support preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously with accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to empathize and build rapport.
- Knowledge of the food services industry or meal delivery platforms is a plus.
