1.      Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Proft and loss and balance sheet reports

2.    Statutory compliance e.g. timely payment of TDS, Prof tax, etc and periodic return filing. Preparation of data for filing GST & TDS returns and payment on a timely basis.

3.    Preparing weekly cash flow statements

4.    Sales, Purchase, expense entries

5.    Bank entries and reconciliation.

6.    Maintain cash register.

7.    Submitting payments and other documents to bank.

8.    Debtors and creditors reconciliation

9.    Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

10. Responsible for adherence to financial & accounting policies and operating procedures

Requirement and skills-

·     In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures

·     Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant

·     Advanced knowledge of MS-OFFICE

·     Thorough knowledge of Tally ERP and Minimum 4 to 5 years hands-on experience of Tally operation

·     Excellent math skill with an attention to detail

·     Time-management abilities
