Job Description
Overview
Xcelet Technology is looking for a highly organized, proactive commission-only Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales efforts. This role requires someone with English and excellent Hindi communication skills who can work autonomously, collaborating with colleagues across various teams and directly with the CEO. The position is remote, contract-only, based in India, and requires working the IST day shift (12:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in conducting market research and coordinating key activities to help secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights for the sales team.
• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with potential clients to gather requirements, answer initial questions, and set the foundation for successful sales engagements.
• Coordination & Scheduling: Organize and manage presales activities, including scheduling demos, meetings, and follow-ups, to ensure smooth progression of the sales cycle.
• Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients in a compelling manner
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track lead status, and generate reports to keep the team informed on presales activities and pipeline progression.
Skills & Experience:
• English and Hindi expert communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to work without the need for micromanagement
• CRM experience is essential
• Prior experience in SaaS or similar industry preferred
• Ability to work effectively across departments and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
