About Us:

Our flagship product, DsaCrm, is a cutting-edge CRM software designed to streamline operations for Loan selling agencies and improve their sales performance. We're now looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our market reach.


Key Responsibilities:

  

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and client engagement.

  

  • Client Acquisition: Conduct demos of DsaCrm software to prospects, showcasing its value in improving Loan Selling agencies performance. Convert prospects into paying clients.


  • Market Expansion: Explore new opportunities to expand our footprint in Tier-2,3 cities, where Loan Selling Agencies operate actively.

  

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and upselling opportunities for other Xcelet products.


  • Collaborate with the Product Team: Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help improve the product and ensure it meets market demands.


  • Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with other businesses or technology providers to enhance product offering and expand customer reach.


Key Skills:


- Proven track record in software sales or business development, preferably in CRM, FinTech, or SaaS products.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to conduct effective product demos and presentations.

- Deep understanding of the DSA market or experience working with financial services clients is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
