Profile:- Sales & Marketing

CTC : 6 LPA to 8 LPA + Incentives (up to 1 Lac /Month)

Responsibilities & duties:
1. Handling a Team of 15+ Sales Executive
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
3. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
7. Monitor competitors' activities and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for management review
9 Build good working relationship with Clients
10 Maintain and Develop relationships with developers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
11 Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
12 Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
13 Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
14 Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
2. Minimum 2 Years of experience in Sales
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
7. Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
