Company : Squareyards Location: Pune (Kharadi) Role : Business Manager / Investment Manager/Sr Investment Manager & Sales Manager Profile:- Sales & Marketing Experience: Minimum 2 years+ CTC : 6 LPA to 8 LPA + Incentives (up to 1 Lac /Month) Company Description : Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company is based in Gurugram and is building disruptive proprietary platforms for stakeholders such as developers, financial institutions, and agents. Square Yards helps transact thousands of transactions worth billions every year and has a global presence in markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Responsibilities & duties: 1. Handling a Team of 15+ Sales Executive 2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. 3. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives. 4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience. 7. Monitor competitors' activities and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly. 8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for management review 9 Build good working relationship with Clients 10 Maintain and Develop relationships with developers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails. 11 ⁠Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business. 12 ⁠Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis 13 ⁠Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller 14 ⁠Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field 2. Minimum 2 Years of experience in Sales 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. 6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. 7.
