Position Overview:The Recovery Executive is responsible for managing and recovering overdue loans and delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection, and minimizing defaults. The role involves direct communication with customers to negotiate payment terms and ensure compliance with the recovery process in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: 

1. Monitor and manage a portfolio of overdue accounts to ensure timely and effective recovery.

2. Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via calls, emails, and written communication to remind them of overdue payments.

3. Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options with customers to recover outstanding dues.

4. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments, and correspondence with customers.

5. Coordinate with legal teams for cases requiring legal action.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards during recovery procedures.

7. Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery progress, delinquency levels, and resolution status.

8. Conduct major field recovery visits to follow up on overdue accounts, especially high-value or long-standing cases, ensuring direct engagement with customers to resolve payment issues.

9. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring professional and empathetic handling of sensitive financial situations.

Requirements: 

1. Graduate in any discipline (preferably Finance, Banking, or related fields).

2. Proven experience in collections or recovery, preferably in an NBFC or banking environment.

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Knowledge of legal recovery processes and financial regulations.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.

7. Willingness to travel and conduct field recovery activities, especially for critical or high-priority cases.

Note: The role requires regular field visits for major recovery cases, ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts.
