Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (FMCG) at Samsara (Kishor Agro Products)  


Location: Field-based  


Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Depending on performance in interview)

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in FMCG sales and a comprehensive understanding of the retail and D2C segments.


Responsibilities:

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.

- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential customers.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our FMCG products, particularly pickles, to effectively promote them to customers.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and achieve company objectives.

- Field Work: Engage in field-based activities, including customer visits and presentations.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of the retail and D2C segments.

- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.


Skills:

- Track record of achieving sales targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
