We are looking for Experienced Sales Executive who can bring Housing Loan business in the organization.

Experience : 6 month-8 years

Salary : 15,000 + Incentive based on performance.

Qualification : 12th and above

As a Sales Executive, candidate will use his knowledge along with sales skills to search and support on Housing Loans and Construction Finance to the existing & new customers in the market.

The candidate should have positive attitude and hunger to perform and manage team positively.

Job description:

·        Managing and supporting Sales Team to maximize team potential.

·        Prospecting and identifying new leads.

·        Hitting individual & team sales target.

·        Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.

·        Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.

·        Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time.

·        Identify new emerging markets and keep updated with market trends.

·        Craft and discuss a strategic marketing plan with team to achieve sales target.

·        Primary assessment & analysis of reasons of non-starter cases

·        Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.

-      Keen for Customer visits.

Able to manage a Team & Good at Computers, should have knowledge of MS office.
