Key Responsibilities:

1.     Financial Record Keeping:

a.     Maintain and update accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial transactions.

b.     Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2.     Financial Reporting:

a.     Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

b.     Generate regular financial reports for management to support business analysis and decision-making.

c.     Utilize accounting software and Tally ERP systems proficiently to manage financial data effectively.

3.     Tax Compliance:

a.     Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., income tax, sales tax, payroll tax).

b.     Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary.

4.     Accounts Payable and Receivable:

a.     Process supplier invoices, verify transactions, and manage vendor payments.

b.     Manage customer billing, collections, and manage accounts receivable.

5.     Payroll Management:

a.     Process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner.

b.     Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and deductions.

6.     Auditing and Compliance:

a.     Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

b.     Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
