Role Description

We are looking for a Investment Manager in Pune to join our team on-site. Your day-to-day tasks will include Cold Calling, identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

3. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.

7. Monitor competitors' activities and market changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for management review.


Qualifications
