Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to recover debt. The role requires strong communication and persuasive skills to build a relationship with the debtors while keeping clients' interest in focus.
Qualifications
Experience in tele-calling or related customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and assertive language skills
Persistent follow-up skills
Ability to work in a team and meet targets
Knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations would be a plus
Fluency in regional language(s) would be a plus
The candidate should possess excellent listening skills and the ability to handle tough conversations while navigating through objections and rejections. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
