Responsibilities ; • Identify best suitable candidates for LIC Agency from all available resources. • Make Presentation to different Institute for Bulk Recruitment. • Design Training module and provide proper training to selected IRDA Exam qualified candidate. • Monitor and Motivate time to time to get maximum productivity from Advisor. • Develop Digital Recruitment resources to recruit maxim advisor. Performance and compensation will be reviewed annually.
