Job Summary:

We seek a proactive Area Sales Executive to manage and expand our dealer network in the electric vehicle sector. This role focuses on new dealer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will enhance dealer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealers for our EV portfolio.
• Dealer Relationship Management: Communicate regularly with dealers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Feedback Collection: Conduct visits to assess performance and gather dealer insights.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for dealers, addressing concerns promptly.
• Suggestions for Improvement: Collect and present dealer feedback to management for product and service enhancements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure dealers meet showroom branding and operational standards.
• Training & Support: Provide product training and sales support to dealer staff.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new dealership locations.
• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer sales and customer satisfaction, assisting with improvements.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and logistics teams to support dealers effectively.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience in sales or dealer management, ideally in the automotive or EV industry.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in report preparation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Local language proficiency required.
