Job Role/Responsibilities:-

 

• Candidature in this position will lead a team of 20-25 guys for the completion of targeted business volume in a given geography.
• Candidature will mainly be responsible for guiding, retaining & motivating the team for business target achievement.          

 

Job Requirements:- 

 

• Min. experience - 12-15 yrs. 
• Candidate should be self-motivated & sales ability of a very high order.  
• Excellent written & oral skills.
• Strong relationship orientation with ability to function in & add to performance of a team
• To manage & grow  existing  portfolio of customers by offering CV,LCV & High Yield Products (HYP) in line with customer requirements.
• Deepening relationship with existing customers through cross-sell & other third party products. 
• Regular monitoring of the portfolio to ensure zero delinquencies, portfolio hygiene, post disbursement deferral closure in time.   
• To collaborate with internal bank business channels & develop open market sourcing thru DMAs, Referrals, existing  and external customers.
• Ability to interact with and influence people across departments in organizational interest.
