Bynry Technologies offers IT and Field Operations Services to Utilities in India. We are working across India in 11 cities and a workforce of around 200. We have recently started our operations for one of the leading Utilities in Rajgurunagar and are looking for a Supervisor who can manage the billing and meter reading operations and manage a team of contractors in the region. The Supervisor will be reporting to Maharashtra region's Account Executive.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Make sure, the entire operational process for “Reading” and “Distribution” should be completed on time. 
2. Reduce non actual reading.
3. Handle issues and resolve queries raised by consumers related to meter readings and bill distribution. 
4. Manage the “Meter Readers” and “Bill Distributors” and ensure they follow ethical practices and their work is error-free.
