Your day to day responsibilities will be:

1. Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home healthcare department.

• Conduct health assessments of elders.

• Ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to protocols, and timely issue resolution.

2. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and attendants.

• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate with Nursing Head in care plan management and patient data management.

3. Node Management:

• Manage the node by attending elders' queries.

• Provide services to elders as and when required.

4. Escalation Handling:

• Address and resolve escalated issues or concerns from clients, families, or caregivers.

• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.

5. Empanelment and Vendor Management:

• Manage the empanelment process of nursing and attendant vendors.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and monitor their performance.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Emoha’s central team, doctors, therapists, and social workers.

• Ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
