Job Description: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

A Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing excellent service to customers by addressing their needs, solving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. They are often the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, making their role crucial for building customer trust and satisfaction.
