Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Counselor and Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling immigration processes for the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia. You will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to clients, managing their application processes, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Counseling:

 - Provide comprehensive counseling to clients about immigration options and processes for the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia.

 - Assess client needs and qualifications to offer customized advice and solutions.

- Application Management:

 - Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications.

 - Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and comply with the immigration laws and regulations of the respective countries.

 - Follow up with clients and immigration authorities regarding the status of applications.

- Documentation and Compliance:

 - Review and verify all required documents for various immigration applications.

 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

 - Ensure all client files and records are properly maintained and updated.

- Client Relationship Management:

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 - Provide ongoing support and updates to clients throughout the immigration process.

 - Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly.

- Team Collaboration:

 - Collaborate with the Regal Overseas team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

 - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Law, International Relations, Social Sciences).

- In-depth knowledge of immigration processes for the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia.

- Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in immigration law or related fields.

- Experienced Professionals.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
