Quality Control - LTSSHF

1) Quality Assurance and Quality Control Functions 

2) Knowledge of ISO and Quality management systems 

3) Internal Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 2015  

4) Knowledge of QC instruments 

5) Hands-on experience in conducting and facing Audits 

6) Knowledge of reviewing and conducting Quality review meeting and Management review meetings 

7) Knowledge of Forging operations and processes 

8) Knowledge of Primary and secondary Steel making process 

9) NABL Audit experience 

10) Knowledge of code requirements ASME SEC VIII, SEC V, and forging and material codes in ISO EN.

11) Knowledge of PDCA and 7 QC tools, Root cause analysis.

12) Awareness of regulatory requirements and customer service expectations.

13) Experience in Handling customer complaints and effective closure.

14) Experience in Conducting Vendor and Supplier Audits 

15) Good communication and presentation skills.
