Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek potential clients by networking, using marketing tools, and leveraging referrals. ● Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties for sale, rent, or purchase based on their needs and budget. ● Field Visits: Conduct on-site property visits with potential buyers and renters to showcase the best properties within their requirements. ● Sales & Negotiation Support: Assist clients with negotiations, helping them make informed decisions while ensuring a smooth transaction process. ● Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and new projects, providing valuable insights to both the team and clients. ● CRM Management: Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by documenting interactions with clients and tracking progress of leads. ● Support for Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing campaigns, property expos, and other promotional activities to attract new clients. ● Customer Service: Address client queries promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process. ● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. ● Documentation & Compliance: Assist with the preparation of necessary legal and financial documents for property transactions, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and company policies.
