Executive level hiring    Package – 30000 (negotiable for Suitable candidate         Experience – 5 yrs ( I & E accounting )

Requirement – 1 Female (only ) candidate

1. Import and Export Documentation.

2. Bank Submissions related to Import and Export.

3. Disposal & Declaration Letter of Banks as per the inward/outward remittance email by other banks.

4. Invoicing bill checking of EMS post, or any other clearing and forwarding Agents like DHL, FEDEX etc.

5. Updating FOC sheets.

6. Follow up for the AWB number, EP copy and other customer related documents from clearing and forwarding agents like DHL, FEDEX etc.

7. Generation of commercial and sample invoices (DSR).

8. Ensuring Production and dispatch audit for payment received or receivable

9. Sun read debaters Scrutiny.

10. GST working

11. Sale entries and E- invoice generation for companies.

12. credit/Debit Note.

13. MIS report preparation, Advance Excel knowledge.

13. Ensuring inward remittance received from specific countries.

14. Ensuring suspense receipt as per inward remittance received.

15. Follow up with banks & ensuring bank books update as per inward remittance & payment advice received
