Job Description

Install, configure, and troubleshoot a range of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to networking and connectivity.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of hardware and network systems.
Respond to on-site service calls, providing timely and efficient technical support.
Maintain documentation of all support activities, including hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess IT infrastructure needs and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client-specific requirements.
