Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for driving sales of Bajaj three-wheeler vehicles in and around Thane.. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a knowledge of three wheelers automotive industry. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, to ensure market penetration and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for three-wheeler vehicles by identifying new customers, and sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the features, specifications, and pricing of the three-wheeler models being sold. Offer advice to customers and address their inquiries.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor products, pricing, and sales strategies to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Actively prospect and generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and networking. Follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective buyers, explaining the benefits and specifications of the three-wheelers.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute territory sales plans, identifying key growth areas, and contributing to regional sales strategies.
- Customer Feedback & After-Sales Support: Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or three-wheeler industry.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of three-wheeler vehicles and their features.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and influence customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Driving License: Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory..
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, including site visits, customer meetings, and sales demonstrations.
