We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Telecounselor. The Telecounselor will be responsible for providing counseling services remotely to clients via telephone or online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of counseling techniques, and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Calling the data / Leads / prospects for conversion to walkins/admissions.
2. Inform the data/lead various offers and subsidy for skill development.
3. Suggest appropriate designed course module as per their requirement & understand the motive for opting the professional course which will enhance their career. 
4. Show the right opportunities, maintain good relationship with the prospect. 
5. Maximum reach on the given data with proper follow-up for sales closer should be done which will generate prospects and client visits/ revenue as per given target.
