We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to schedule appointments with potential clients by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while helping to expand our customer base.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on pre-qualified leads.
• Use scripts to provide information about products or services, answer queries, and gather client interest.
• Schedule appointments between potential clients and the sales team.
• Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and appointment details using CRM software.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they are ready for scheduled meetings.
• Handle any initial objections, overcome resistance, and secure firm commitments for appointments.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure proper follow-up on leads and appointments.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for call volume and scheduled appointments.

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in CRM software and other call center technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
