Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Gujarat region by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and building a robust dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Management:
  • Actively pursue and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online platforms.
  • Effectively manage existing leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into profitable sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including distributors, dealers, and end-users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our fastener and pneumatic tool solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical information and address customer concerns.
  • Dealer Network Development:
  • Identify and recruit qualified dealers within the Gujarat region to expand market reach and distribution channels.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to ensure their success.
  • Corporate Sales:
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key corporate accounts in target industries.
  • Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Territory Management:
  • Effectively manage and plan sales territories within the Gujarat region.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and conduct business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the fastener and/or pneumatic tool industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
