We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our close-knit team at KMS Engineering. The sales engineer will play a key role in managing sales process, maintaining important documents, strengthening existing customer relationships, managing customer requirements and, generating new leads, opportunities and new customers. The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Regular communications with customers over phone, e-mail or physical visits to assist in technical, costing and application aspects of sales process.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements; communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirement and offer our solutions to meet their needs.
• Regularly check inquires and provide quotations to the customers after discussing with the sales head
• Finalize orders after technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Visit potential customers and effectively communicate technical features and benefits of our products and services to them to diversify our product portfolio.
• Research information on competitor’s initiatives and activities and, share with the sales head.
• Periodically record and update important documents related to marketing activities and also help in maintaining ISO documents.
