Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment Specialist responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer acceptance.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking platforms.
- Screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collecting supporting documents such as education and employment certificates.
- Scheduling pre-employment medical tests and issuing appointment letters.
Campus Recruitment and Management:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with polytechnic institutions.
- Representing the organization at career fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.
- Conducting campus presentations for diploma engineering recruitment to promote the organization's brand and career opportunities.
- Managing the on-boarding process for Graduate and postgraduate engineer trainees.
Employer Branding:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the organization's employer branding strategy.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging online presence on social media and other platforms.
- Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling content that attracts top talent
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source.
- Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and desired experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and campus recruitment.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and university representatives.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
