Job Description

Provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers, including answering inquiries, locating products, and offering product recommendations.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting discrepancies.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Ensure the sales floor, checkout area, and customer service desk are clean, organized, and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience.
Assist the Store manager to maintain the Accurate Inventory level at the Store.
