Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM)

We work closely with travel agents across India to ensure they have access to high-quality, affordable travel options for their clients. Our mission is to support agents by generating leads and offering comprehensive travel solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will browse social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to search for potential tour operators and engage with them to generate leads. This is a work-from-home role that offers a performance-based incentive structure, giving you the flexibility to maximize your earnings. You will play a crucial part in helping our company expand its network of travel agents and operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Research: Actively search for and identify potential tour operators on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Engagement & Lead Generation: Posting in Groups, Chat with tour operators, engage in meaningful conversations, and generate qualified leads for Krish DMC.
- Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads generated.
- Voice and Non-Voice Process: You will have the option to engage in a voice process after chatting or to hand over the leads to our Business Development Managers for further follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the BDM team to ensure that leads are properly followed up on and converted into clients.
- Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed lead generation targets, earning incentives based on your performance.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Lead Volume: Generate a high volume of qualified leads through effective social media engagement.
- Conversion Potential: Identify and hand over leads that have a high potential to convert into long-term business relationships.
- Accuracy in Data Collection: Ensure that all lead details are accurately recorded and shared with the BDM team for follow-up.
- Quality Engagement: Maintain professional and meaningful conversations with potential leads to build trust and rapport.
- Effective Use of Social Media: Maximize the use of social media platforms to explore new lead generation opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi with good communication and good English typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of how to effectively browse, search, and engage on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Typing Skills: Should have a good typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Laptop & Internet: Must have a reliable laptop and Wi-Fi connection.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in lead generation or a similar role is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records of interactions and leads.
