Job Description

Job roles:-


  • Sales planning: Assist in the planning and execution of sales plans 
  • Sales performance: Track, report, and refine sales performance metrics 
  • Sales team: Guide and train the sales team, and monitor their daily activities 
  • Customer service: Strengthen relationships with key clients, and ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer service 
  • Market insights: Represent the company at industry events and gain market insights 
  • Sales trends: Monitor stock levels and predict future sales trends 
  • Sales goals: Meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Store metrics: Analyze store metrics to improve store performance 
  • Brand loyalty: Enhance brand loyalty 


Skills and Requirements:-

  • Problem-solving: The ability to use logic and imagination to find solutions to challenges 
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills 
  • Leadership: The ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and to mentor junior sales staff 
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with graduation
