Key Responsibilities are:

• Security: Ensuring the safety of the building and its occupants, and responding to emergencies 

• Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, such as fixing light bulbs, replacing windows, and unblocking taps 

• Cleaning: Keeping the building clean, including sweeping, mopping, and removing rubbish 
• 
  
• Guest services: Responding to guest requests, helping with medical needs, and addressing guest complaints 

• Communication: Disseminating information and networking with the community 

• Building management: Opening and closing the building, and ensuring that heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working 

• Ordering: Ordering cleaning materials, fuel, furniture, and new equipment

Candidate must have Basic knowledge of computer like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
