Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Development Specialist/ Business Development Executive who will play an integral role in counselling and guiding working professionals seeking admission to online management programs. Key Responsibilities
· Conduct professional counselling sessions with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
· Assess and verify candidate eligibility for respective programs.
· Counselling the candidates coming down for the meeting at campus and guiding them with admission process and sharing timely feedback with branches.
· Respond to and resolve student queries efficiently.
· Admission Cancellation report and documents submission fortnightly to DPU.
· Maintain timely and structured follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.
