Key Responsibilities:
Edit & Produce: Create a wide range of video content, including social media ads (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), explainer videos, case studies, and brand documentaries.
Storytelling with Strategy: Collaborate with the growth marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project.
End-to-End Production: Handle the entire post-production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics (basic to intermediate), and incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
Optimize for Platforms: Expertly tailor video specs, aspect ratios, and storytelling techniques for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Asset Management: Organize and manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files efficiently.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and implement the latest video trends, editing styles, and technologies to keep our content at the cutting edge.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content is on-brand, maintaining a consistent style and tone for each client.


What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)Required:
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your creativity and technical skills.
High proficiency in professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects and Photoshop).
A solid understanding of what makes video content engaging on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Strong skills in color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.


Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves):
Experience creating video content specifically for performance marketing (e.g., high-converting ads).
Strong motion graphics and animation skills in After Effects.
Basic knowledge of video compression and export settings for optimal web performance.
Experience shooting video (DSLR/mirrorless cameras) is a plus.
