Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pastry team end-to-end
Create and own seasonal pastry & dessert menus
Develop and standardize recipes with premium presentation
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistent quality
Drive innovation inspired by French patisserie
Requirements7–8 years experience as a Pastry Chef
Mandatory experience in at least one of the listed bakeries
Strong expertise in cakes, pastries & plated desserts
Proven team leadership experience
Candidates from Uttarakhand preferred
