Job Summary: The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.

Sales and Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities• Manage complete document scanning and digitization projects
 • Handle document preparation, scanning, indexing, and QC teams
 • Ensure daily productivity targets and project timelines are achieved
 • Monitor scanning quality, OCR accuracy, and indexing standards
 • Coordinate with clients for project updates and deliverables
 • Prepare daily/weekly project reports
 • Ensure proper document handling and data security compliance
 • Manage inventory of documents and tracking of files
 • Train operators on scanning workflow and quality standards
 • Coordinate with IT team for DMS uploads and data backup

Required Skills• Experience in Document Digitization / Records Management
 • Knowledge of high-speed scanners (Canon / Fujitsu)
 • Experience with OCR software and Document Management Systems
 • Strong team handling and project coordination skills
 • Knowledge of document indexing and metadata management

Document Digitization Manager

Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Track sales performance metrics and report on progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support team goals.

Graphic Designing experience in small to large format pre-press role in digital printing
- Should have experience in video editing and creating a video for marketing.
- Should be responsible for DTP Operator related work
- Working experience in Digital or Offset printing company.
