About the Role: 
The Centre Manager is the face of a Cultfit centre and is responsible for delivering a seamless member experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong ownership, customer centricity, and a passion for creating an energetic, service-driven fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business 

Growth Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations.
Manage the entire membership conversion process with clean, consistent, and accurate documentation via portal

2. Centre Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily operations using the desired checklist tool
Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
Conduct daily facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
Manage inventory of essentials (first-aid, water etc) and ensure timely restocking.
Address operational gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility

3. Member Experience & Engagement
Build strong rapport with members to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.
Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth before/during/after-class experience.
Capture and document feedback from members and trainers for continuous improvement.
Uphold Cultfit’s service quality and be the primary representative of the centre.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/diploma degree 
2–5 years of experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service roles.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
High ownership, problem-solving ability

Associate Centre Manager

Job Description 
1. You are going to take care both sales plus Operations work of the centres
2. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients (Improve conversions by 5-6% MOM).
3. Timely Opening and Closing of the centres
4. Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies and equipment,
responsible for both stocking and re-ordering (first-aid, stationary, water, accessories etc.)
(Reduce the opex cost by 8-10% MOM)
5. Ensuring punctuality of Coaches and slots on time.
6. Handle issues with respect to attendance, equipment, and space availability.
7. Customer interactions and troubleshooting (Rating of 4.67+)
8. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same.
9. Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post class
10. Centre facility audits and inputs (Cleanliness- Safety Audit checklist) Quality score to
be 95+
11. Ensure that we do daily audits of the centre and facility including all supplies and
essentials.

Job Summary

We are looking for a certified and passionate yoga instructor to lead group ensuring members experience a safe, effective, and holistic wellness journey. The ideal candidate should be skilled in multiple forms of yoga, understand anatomy, and be able to modify poses based on participants’ levels and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and safe yoga sessions for individuals and/or groups.
Design class structures for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
