Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our plant operations in Sachin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production processes, specifically within the self adhesive Paper industry. This role involves ensuring efficient plant operations, maintaining product quality, and managing production teams to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Management:
Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand and minimize downtime.
Advance planning for material.& manage production .
Production Supervision:
Supervise and manage production staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement and enforce production procedures and standards to maintain product quality.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Address and resolve any quality issues or production anomalies promptly.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and apply best practices for production techniques and equipment utilization.
Resource Management:
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Machin:-

All Machin tools & spare parts should be safe and at proper place.

 
 
Health and Safety Compliance:

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance, including output, quality, and efficiency metrics.
Analyse production data to inform decision-making and strategic planning

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven 2-year experience as a Production Manager in the printing &packaging industry, or any other industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control .
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and implement process improvements.

Reporting

Education

Skills
Proven experience in dispatch operations in grey fabric manufacturing unit.
