Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Eligibility & RequirementsExperience: 0–8 years (Freshers welcome)
Education: Minimum 10+2 / Any Graduate
Good verbal communication skills in English and/or local language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
