Responsibilities:
Website Banner and Graphics Creation: Design visually appealing and effective banners, graphics, and other visual elements for our website, ensuring they align with Belle Lingeries' brand aesthetic and marketing objectives. This includes product highlights, promotional materials, and seasonal campaigns.
Social Media Graphics Creation: Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for Belle Lingeries' social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), including static posts, stories, and cover photos, optimized for each platform.
Influencer Video Editing: Edit and assemble video content featuring influencers, ensuring engaging storytelling that highlights our lingerie and brand values. This includes incorporating brand elements, adding graphics, text overlays, music, and basic transitions to create high-quality videos for various online platforms, including social media.
Social Media Video Creation: Create short, engaging video content specifically for social media platforms, which may include product showcases, behind-the-scenes glimpses, promotional clips, and other creative video formats.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and graphic creation, Canva for efficient design tasks and quick social media content, and CorelDRAW for vector-based designs. Experience with video editing software is also essential.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style across all website graphics and social media content, adhering to Belle Lingeries' established brand guidelines and ensuring a sophisticated and appealing aesthetic.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project briefs, contribute creative ideas, and deliver designs that meet their needs and resonate with our target audience across all online channels.
Time Management: Manage design and video editing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, often handling multiple projects for both website and social media simultaneously.
Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with online design trends, particularly in e-commerce and fashion, as well as the latest social media trends and video editing techniques.
File Management: Organize and maintain design and video project files in a clear and accessible manner.
Feedback Incorporation: Be open to feedback from the team and make necessary revisions to ensure the final output aligns with Belle Lingeries' standards and platform best practices.

Specific Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in graphic design or a related role with a focus on digital design for e-commerce or fashion brands, including creating content for social media. Please include a portfolio showcasing your work.
Software Expertise:
Adobe Photoshop: Strong working knowledge of Photoshop for image editing, retouching (especially for product imagery), and creating engaging graphics for both web and social media.
Canva: Proficient in using Canva for efficient and quick design tasks, especially for social media content creation.
CorelDRAW: Familiarity with CorelDRAW for creating vector graphics, such as logos or illustrations, that may be used on the website or in marketing materials.
Video Editing Software: Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, CapCut, or similar) and a demonstrable ability to edit video content for various online platforms, including social media-specific formats (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories).
E-commerce Visuals: Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices for online visuals in an e-commerce context, including image optimization and banner design for conversions.
Social Media Design Principles: Understanding of design best practices for various social media platforms, including aspect ratios, typography considerations, and visual trends.
Video Editing for Online Platforms: Understanding of basic video editing principles, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling, with an awareness of best practices for different online platforms (e.g., website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
