Location: Cafe Kokomo, Mumbai
Type: Full-time
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes as per Cafe Kokomo’s menu standards.
Assist in food preparation for all sections, including breakfast, brunch, and desserts.
Ensure proper presentation and portioning of all dishes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Support senior chefs and help with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain proper storage and labeling of food items.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food preparation.
