Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
Maintain keyword-rich content to boost product visibility and SEO performance.


📊 Sales Performance & Analytics
Track daily/weekly sales performance, pricing trends, and marketplace dashboards.
Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
Identify sales growth opportunities and implement promotional strategies.


💻 Promotions & Campaigns
Plan and execute online campaigns (discounts, combo offers, banner ads).
Coordinate with design and content teams for product photoshoots, banners, and creatives.
Manage campaigns during sale events (e.g., Amazon Great Indian Sale, Myntra EORS).


⭐ Customer Experience & Brand Presence
Monitor product reviews and customer feedback; coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.
Ensure superior content representation — focus on brand tone, product benefits (no marks, no itch, seamless comfort).
Work closely with marketing team for influencer collaborations and offline-to-online integration.


📦 Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment, packaging quality, and timely dispatch.
Track returns, replacements, and identify areas to reduce return rates.
Ensure accurate data entry in ERP or backend systems.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
Understanding of SEO, keywords, and digital merchandising.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics tools.

🎓 Qualification & Experience
12th Pass +
