Primary Responsibilities
Achieve monthly targets by recruiting a minimum of Fifteen quality long-term donors.
Conduct face-to-face fundraising activities, including street fundraising and outreach campaigns, in designated locations or areas.
Approach members of the public in a courteous and respectful manner to discuss the organization's work and funding needs.
Clearly communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact to potential donors, highlighting specific projects and initiatives.
Solicit donations from individuals, encouraging them to become long-term supporters through regular giving programs or other fundraising initiatives.
Work closely with the Team Leader to meet weekly fundraising targets, focusing on both quantity and quality of donations.
Continuously develop fundraising techniques and strategies in collaboration with the Team Leader to maximize income for the organization.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of supporter details in prescribed formats, maintaining daily call records and submitting timely reports.
Raise awareness of the organization's work with children nationwide and its advocacy efforts across India among potential donors and the general public.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the organization's values and ethical guidelines in all fundraising activities.
